Komal Bhargava focuses her practice on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, sales and financing. She represents commercial and residential buyers, sellers and developers in all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, due diligence regarding multi-family buildings, individual condominiums, cooperative apartments, commercial units and single-family homes.
Komal also advises clients on a broad range of corporate, partnership and limited liability company transactions including acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, reorganizations and restructurings, and joint ventures. In connection with this transactional advice, she also prepares all types of business documents, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, operating agreements, acquisition and disposition agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, and other documents necessary for the management and operation of a business.
Komal is native in both English and Hindi and is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of New York.
