Petro (Peter) Zinkovetsky, Esq.

Mr. Zinkovetsky is the founder of Zinkovetsky Law Firm.  He is an experienced business and real estate attorney who represents first time home buyers and international investors looking to purchase real estate in NY, small and midsize businesses, startups, and international companies setting up subsidiaries in the US.  Since the first day he started practicing law, a portion of Mr. Zinkovetsky’s practice was dedicated to  representing dentists, medical doctors and other health care professionals with real estate transactions, business formation, and purchase and sale of health care practices. Mr. Zinkovetsky is often invited to participate in seminars and to teach continuing education courses on real estate related topics.  He was selected four years in a row (2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018) as a Rising Star by one of the industry’s most trusted publication Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters. In addition to practicing law Mr. Zinkovetsky is often invited to participate in seminars and to teach continuing education courses on real estate related topics.  He has taught multiple continuing education courses for real estate agents and health care providers and participated in presentations both in the US and Internationally.

Mr. Zinkovetsky holds a Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School; a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Economics from Pace University; and is a graduate of the United Nations International School.
